The best way to rule out firewall issues is to turn off every firewall on every computer.

  1. I had enabled file and print sharing in the firewall, but it made no difference.
  2. I can see each machine from each machine on my network page.
  3. my remaining error is that acces denied :D BTW its ok...

  5. I can not get print share to work between the two Op sys's.
