I did have a few micro-stutters now, but for some reason it's becoming less and less occasional over time. I've tried using the newest drivers straight from Realtek's website and also the outdated driver provided by Sony's website, both of which result in the same stuttering. The stuttering is likely the audio thread not getting the resources it needs so make sure you avoid CPU intensive tasks in the background. I'm religious about uninstalling programs with Revo and probably removed something I shouldn't have.
