The problem trully is the TP-Link wireless application. I uninstalled Samsung Kies and the issue is fixed Hopefully Samsung can sort this out…. It literally shows every process that your computer runs, so within seconds, the list will be populated with millions of entries. Once per two seconds, the script adds two seconds to the windows' "account", unless the window has focus. Service errors may be the underlying cause for what falsely appears to be a random issue.
