Permalink   I have inquired around to see if I can get any information about this. Before the update after a restart it would take a few minute for the Norton icon to appear in the system tray. I'm hosting fonts on my server and icons don't show up Check the following: You properly configured server's MIME types (Ref: #5559); You properly configured Cross-origin Resource Sharing (CORS); For Internet asked 2 years ago viewed 8695 times active 1 year ago Linked 27 local (file://) website favicon works in Firefox, not in Chrome or Safari- why? 0 Chrome doesn't show the check over here

Any idea why it's not working in certain browsers? That is good enough for me. I have checked your website on Chrome, Firefox and IE on Win7 and it does look fine on my end. You can check the font used for selected text in the Font tab in the right pane of the Inspector. *https://developer.mozilla.org/Tools/Page_Inspector You can check the Net log and the Network log You just need to make sure your site url inside the worpdress admin matches that url of the site.
