You need to use virus removal tools, such as Synamtec's virus specific removal tools, to recover this information and reinstate these files. Some Antivirus software have "web protection" tools which force you to accept links as checked before going to the next pages. Seems like a virus but can totally kill IE. I got excited because I thought this may help me with my page fault issue. There is a way to find out I think.I don't leave any windows open, nor do I run more than one virus protector at a time ..so that's two down here. Scary that one company will have so much control over what you see, huh?
