Internet Explorer Endless Crash Loop

I've reset IE multiple times, cleared the cache, turned off all add-ons and still no luck. When I drill down Hkey>current user >software>microsoft>"there is supposed to be an internet explorer tab here...not on my machine though. Note, in eventviewer is displays the information under "application error".
