So it installed Safari(4), and I can go on Safari but not my regular internet browser?!?!?!?! The solutions above did not work (our Temp folder is empty; we did the ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew commands - the release seemed to work but the renew command gave us an Internet Explorer Doesn't Open Finally this worked for me:1.
