It pisses me off still that AVG didn't pick this up.

This is all right after my install, long before I even realized I had a virus. I used the same software when I made the SP1 Slipstreamed one too, except using SP1 instead of 2. I keep coming across Acebot while googling the symptoms I described, but I haven't been able to find a case or solution where the computer doesn't boot at all.

Simply saying that I'm wrong and SP2 is better, period, doesn't do that.lord.hypnos:Yeah, there's always some degree of risk.
