New Computer Blue Screen On Startup

Non-default hardware settings have been known to cause a Blue Screen of Death. Return BIOS settings to their default levels. Now I get them pretty much daily. I have an Asus board that uses a pretty decent utility, and I'm sure that Asrock, MSI, and Gigabyte, have similar programs as well. Anyway, at this point, I suspect that it's hardware related, rather than a software issue.

It does seem to be a memory issue, caused by the driver ntoskrnl.exe as you can see below. With the wrong storage driver, it can't read the drive, and it will blue screen like that every time.
